The Wi-Fi Office

How long will it be before we all work in a wireless environment - free of telephones and fixed workstations, in fact free to work anywhere? The office of the future is one that no longer requires traditional desks with static PCs and it's a place where employees may merely drop in. The office and home look set to become interchangeable as places to work.

Guests

Philip Ross, Cordless Group
James Woudhuysen, Professor of Forecasing and Innovation, De Montfort University
Ian Keene, Gartner
Jim Baker, Telabria
Reporter Mike Johnson

Knowledge Management

Nice Work also looks at "Knowledge Management" and asks how companies pass on expertise and ensure that their employees share their knowledge with each other. To what extent can companies use technology to disseminate know-how? Or is the only real way to learn from other colleagues by meeting face to face?

Guests

Larry Prusak, Knowledge Management Consultant
Cathy Bautista, Head of Knowledge Management, Unilever
Angela Beesley, Wikipedia
